As Private Fulya Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, we received our ISO 9001: 2015 quality compliance certificate in 2020.
In accordance with our Quality Management System and corporate understanding, experts in their fields have been authorised, their obligations have been determined and assigned to their duties in order to ensure that the operations to be applied in the service process are carried out completely and accurately. With the establishment of the Quality Management System in our clinic, it is aimed to identify and characterise the possible risks at all points within the boundaries of our working area, to minimise them by controlling them with standard-compliant controls, and to keep the quality system within our institution up-to-date.
In this regard, our clinic is committed to fulfil the contemporary and universal requirements of our patients, to meet the legal requirements, to ensure that all applicable control mechanisms are activated, and to continuously improve and develop the Quality Management System established with all these, with the application areas and developing technology at periodic intervals every year.
