Born in 1988 in Baghdad/Iraq, after completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Malkara, he completed his undergraduate education at Plovdiv Medical University Faculty of Dentistry between 2006-2013. Then, between 2015-2019, he received his speciality in the Department of Orthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry of St. Cyril Metodi University. As of 10.08.2022, Private FulyaDis. Uzm. Dr. Cem Özgür Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic; He has concentrated his studies in the fields of facial priority orthodontic treatments for children and adults, appliance treatments, functional appliance treatments, wire treatments, platinum level transparent plate (Invisalign) application physician, orthodontic treatments of individuals with class 1, class 2, class 3 malocclusion, jaw stenosis treatments and diastema (interdental space) treatments.
